Two - Case of the Year (2007) Awards & Nomination Process NOTE: (closing date 2/22/08) *** WE ENCOURAGE OUR MEMBERSHIP TO NOMINATE SOMEONE (Civilian and/or Sworn)***
If any active HTCIA member is interested in nominating themselves or any other active member of our chapter for the LOCAL CASE OF THE YEAR AWARD (for both civilian and police), please do so by email to: CASE OF THE YEAR with a brief description (200 words or less) of the case, the case results and the impact it made on computer crime fighting. Please be advised that the board will request some verification and accuracy checks on some or all of the submitted nominations. The board will choose the winner. Also, the case of the year award can pertain to cases up to 3 years old. (Note: it does not have to be an active case – so long as you did some work on it during this last year). We would like to present these awards at our first 2008 meeting. |
