Local New England Chapter - Case of the Year Awards

On February 7, 2007 the local New England Chapter of HTCIA, President John Mackinnon awarded Det. Lawrence J. James the Law Enforcement Award and Mr. Andrew Winrow the Civilian Award for Case of the Year.
